- Book an open-play session online and check in — your child's card is created automatically.
- Each visit earns a punch. We track it by your child's name, so there's no card to carry or lose.
- After 7 punches, your 8th open-play visit is on us — we'll email you a free-visit code.

- E-Gift Cards are delivered by email to the recipient address entered at checkout.
- Please verify the recipient's email address before submitting — we are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect address.
- Gift cards never expire and carry no fees.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards may be used toward open play admissions and bookings online, and for snacks and beverages in studio.
- Treat your gift card like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- Your remaining balance is shown at checkout each time you use your card.
Gift Card FAQ
How do I buy a gift card?
Tap "Buy an E-Gift Card" above, choose your amount on the Square checkout page, enter the recipient's details, and pay securely. The card is emailed to your recipient.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Little Haven gift cards never expire.
How do I redeem it when booking online?
At checkout, choose "Using a gift card? Yes," enter your code, and the balance is applied to your total. Any remainder is charged to your card.
How do I check my balance?
Your remaining balance shows at checkout when you enter your code, and in the confirmation after each use.
What if I sent it to the wrong email?
Please verify the recipient's email before submitting. Contact us right away if you notice an error and we'll do our best to help.
