Open play visits can be booked up to 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. On weekends, our prime party times (Fri–Sun) are reserved for private parties and open up for open play about a week before the date. New dates open on a rolling basis, so check back regularly for the days you’d like.

No worries at all! No need to rush! Your 2-hour visit starts when you arrive, not at your booked arrival time. The arrival times simply help us manage how many children are in the studio at once, so arriving a few minutes late is always okay — your full 2 hours are honored from check-in.

We kindly encourage families to arrive at least 1 hour before closing to allow plenty of time for play and exploration. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the last admission is accepted 1 hour before closing. On slower days, if there are no children currently playing and no guests arrive by the last admission time, Little Haven may close earlier than scheduled.

Yes — booking online lets you pick your arrival time and pay before you arrive, so check-in is quick. Walk-ins may be accepted if space is available.

When you book, you pick an arrival time — now in 30-minute steps (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and so on). Your visit lasts up to 2 hours from that time. Each hour holds up to 6 children total, and the :00 and :30 arrivals share that hour — so if 1:00 already has 4 kids booked, 1:30 will show 2 spots left. Last admission is 1 hour before we close, and that final hour is a shorter, about 1-hour visit (there’s no :30 arrival in the last hour).

Tuesday–Thursday & Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, and Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. We’re closed on Mondays. Last admission is always 1 hour before closing. Hours may change for private parties or seasonally — follow @littlehavenplay for the latest.

No worries — life happens! If you don't check in within one hour of your reserved arrival time, we'll automatically release your spot and issue a courtesy store credit for the full amount you paid, sent to the email on file. That credit is valid for 14 days from issuance, so you can rebook whenever works for you. For any questions or concerns, just email hello@littlehavenplay.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

💳 You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit/debit card — right on our website, with no account to create. Apple Pay and Google Pay let you check out in one tap with Face ID or your fingerprint, so you don't have to type your card each time. The same options are available whether you're booking Open Play, registering for an event, or paying a party deposit. All payments are processed securely by Square.

No. Sibling Add-On admission must be purchased with a regular Open Play admission and is valid only for immediate siblings from the same family/household attending the same visit. It is not valid as a standalone admission.

We don’t sell pre-paid punch cards any more — if you visit often, our Play Club membership is usually the better value. Everyone also gets a free Loyalty Punch Card: just pay your normal admission each visit, give your child's code (or name) at check-in, and we track your visits. After 7 visits, your 8th visit is on us — free! 🎈 It works for every child of any age, and when you earn your free visit we email you a code to use at checkout on your next booking. 🎂 Every birthday deserves to be celebrated — even a random Tuesday! It's our gift to you and your child: one free Open Play admission valid their whole birthday week (Sunday–Saturday). Come play any open day that week — so even if their birthday lands on a Monday or another day we're closed, you can still use it another day that same week. If you shared your child's birthday with us, we'll email the gift code about a week before so it's ready to go, with a happy-birthday reminder on the day. To use it, book your Open Play session online and enter the birthday reward code (along with your loyalty card number) at checkout. It's good for one free child admission and can be used once. It can't be combined with a discount code or the Weekday Special (whichever is bigger applies automatically), but gift cards and store credit still apply on top since those are payment, not a discount. 💳 Your referral credit lives on one code that grows each time a friend visits. Enter it in the store credit box when you book. It's treated as payment rather than a discount, so it works alongside anything else we're running — a Weekday Special, the military discount, all of it.

Each $5 is good for 60 days from the day you earn it, and we always spend the oldest one first. If a visit only uses part of it, the rest stays on your code with its original date — nothing is lost. Every email we send lists exactly what you have and when each part expires.

🤝 A referral code can be used by a family who hasn't visited us before — we check by phone number, so if there's already a loyalty card on that number the code won't apply. One reward per referred family, and you can't use your own code. If you bring a friend in person rather than them booking online, just let us know at the desk and we'll log it for you.

Every Regular and Baby/Infant admission includes 2 adults at no extra charge — and it adds up: book 2 Regular admissions and you've got 4 adults included, no extra charge. Bring both parents, grandparents, whoever's coming! Anyone beyond that included total is just $5 per adult. The Sibling Add-On is for an extra child on the same visit and doesn't add its own included adults, since the Regular/Baby admissions on that visit already cover your family.

Our play area is designed for children ages 0–6 or 48" tall, whichever comes first. For everyone's safety, only children within that range may play in the play area, since our equipment and soft-play structures are built for little ones. Older children and teens are warmly welcome to hang out in the lobby with the family — they just can't play in the play area or act as the supervising adult. A parent or guardian 18+ must actively supervise their child at all times.

No — babies 0–5 months are welcome to join the family at no charge. Admission only applies to children entering the play area, so your littlest one can come along for free.

Because Little Haven is a cozy play space designed to provide a comfortable experience for all families, stroller space is limited. We kindly encourage guests to leave larger strollers in their vehicle whenever possible. Compact folding strollers are welcome as long as they can be folded and stored out of walkways. During busy periods, we may ask that strollers be parked just outside the studio entrance where they remain easily visible to parents and caregivers.

Yes. All parents and guardians entering the play area must complete a waiver before play. We recommend signing online before arrival to help make check-in quick and easy.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all children playing, and the grips must fully cover the bottom surface of the foot to be accepted — socks with only small scattered grips or partial coverage won't qualify. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if you forget yours. Adults must wear socks inside the play area.

👶 Yes — there’s a diaper changing station in our restroom, available throughout your visit.

No. Little Haven is not a drop-off facility. A parent or guardian must stay with their child and actively supervise them at all times throughout the entire visit. Children may not be left in our care.

No. Our play structures are designed with little ones in mind, so grown-ups shouldn't actively play in the jungle gym or ball pit. The only exception is if there's an emergency or your child needs hands-on help from their supervising adult — in that case, please step in to assist.

For the safety and comfort of all families, please stay home if your child is sick or has symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, heavy coughing, or other contagious symptoms.

Private parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are confirmed once a deposit is paid. Submit a party inquiry and we’ll help you reserve your date and time.
