Memberships are billed monthly through Square and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the receipt Square emails you, or just let us know and we'll help. Questions? hello@littlehavenplay.com

Play Club terms & conditions

• Billed monthly through Square on the same date each month, renewing automatically until cancelled. Where that date doesn't exist in a shorter month, billing falls on the last day.
• Covers open play admission for the number of children stated on your plan, for the named children on your membership. Any additional child on the same visit is charged at normal admission, and their details are entered at checkout.
• Weekday plans cover Monday to Friday only. Weekend visits on a Weekday plan are charged at normal admission. Any Day plans cover every day we're open. You can upgrade at any time.
• Your membership is linked to the children, not the adult. Anyone can bring them — they enter their own details at checkout, but must use the membership phone number in the Play Club box.
• Memberships are prepaid. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period already paid for and stops automatically after that date. Part-months are not refunded.
• To cancel, pause or update your card, use the Manage Subscription link in any Square receipt, or email us and we'll take care of it.
• Covers open play admission only. Private parties, events and ticketed sessions are not included.
• Membership visits are recorded in your child's visit history but do not earn loyalty punches, as admission is already covered.
• Membership covers admission, not a reserved place — please still book ahead, as sessions fill.
• After subscribing, your membership card is issued by hand at our end before the booking page recognises you. If you join outside opening hours this may not happen until the next day we're open. If you need a spot sooner, book and pay as normal and we'll refund it once the membership is confirmed.
• Baby/Infant plans apply to children aged 6–17 months. When a child turns 18 months the Toddler rate applies from the next renewal; we'll contact you a month beforehand.
• Studio rules apply as usual — grip socks, a signed waiver, and a supervising adult 18+.
