Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. A deposit reserves your date and time — your party isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 2 weeks before the party date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the party are not eligible for a deposit refund. The deposit applies toward your package total.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Any approved add-ons are charged at the end of the event.
Party packages cannot be substituted, modified, or customized. Add-ons may be available and can be added to an existing package.
Party time begins and ends at the scheduled reserved time; late arrival doesn't extend it. Extra time may be available only if approved in advance and may carry an additional fee.
For illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances, Little Haven may offer store credit at our discretion, usable toward a future booking, Open Play, visit pass, or other eligible purchase.
If we must cancel due to an emergency, facility issue, or unexpected closure, you may reschedule, receive store credit, or a refund of any amount paid.
