Book at least 2 weeks ahead. A deposit reserves your date — it's refundable if you cancel at least 2 weeks before, and the balance is due on the day. Read the full policy →

Party FAQ

How far in advance do I book, and how is my date held?

Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A deposit reserves your date and time — your party isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 2 weeks before the party date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the party are not eligible for a deposit refund. The deposit applies toward your package total.

When is the rest of the balance due?

The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Any approved add-ons are charged at the end of the event.

Can I customize or change a package?

Party packages cannot be substituted, modified, or customized. Add-ons may be available and can be added to an existing package.

How do the digital invitations work?

Once your deposit is paid, your confirmation email has a link to make your invitation. Choose a design, add a photo and message, then share it by text or email. Guests RSVP and sign the waiver from the invitation, and you can see who's coming anytime.

What if I'm running late?

Your party starts and ends at the reserved time. Late arrival doesn't extend it.

What if I need to cancel for an emergency?

Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What if Little Haven has to cancel?

You can reschedule, take store credit, or get a refund of anything paid.
