How do I earn a free visit?
Visit and pay 7 times (each visit earns a punch at check-in). On your 7th punch you've earned it, and we email you a one-time free-visit code. Enter that code at checkout on your next online booking and one child's admission is free.
Which visits count toward a punch?
Any paid open-play visit counts — online booking or walk-in — and it's added when you check in, so no-shows don't count. Toddler, sibling, or baby admissions all earn a punch.
Is my free visit really free, even if prices change?
Yes! You earned it with 7 visits, so your free visit is on us no matter the admission price when you redeem it — even if your little one has grown into a higher admission tier by then.
Can I use punches earned on one child for another?
No — each child has their own code and earns their own free visit, so we can keep it fair and accurate. This includes siblings.
What if a different parent brings my child?
No problem! The code belongs to the child, so either parent can give the same code. We just confirm the child's name at check-in.
How long is my free-visit code good for?
30 days from the day you earn it. It's one-time use and good for one open-play admission of any age.
I already have a pre-paid punch card — what happens to it?
It still works! Keep redeeming your remaining visits (with your free coffee) until the card is finished. After that, you'll automatically start earning on the loyalty program from your next paid visit.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes — all children and adults entering must have a completed waiver on file before entering the play area.
